Was given address with a building letter. Upon arrival all signs only had numbers on them. So to be clear building B is enterace 9. The communication was poor and the receptionist was a bit on the unwelcoming, not understanding, and rude side. Do better

I can't say for sure. My honey went in. Friendly for sure. Neither of us talked to building staff. She did interact with her doctor's staff. They are quite helpful. Parking is relatively nice. As with any, a bit busy at times. The facility is huge.

I called them over ten times throughout three weeks in the row to schedule an appointment, but nobody picked up the phone or called me back after leaving them a bunch of messages. I contacted to customer service then and afterwards they called me back.

I called them over ten times through three weeks in the row to schedule an appointment, but nobody picked up the phone or called me back after leaving them bunch of messages. Also, I contacted to customer service to see if they can reach out to this specialty but even after them contacting directly to this specialty's manager they still didn't call me back. After total ignore I switched to Providence.

Hello fellow OAB patients. Make sure you have time, gas & patience to waste because they will try them. My first appointment I arrived and they said my provider wasn't available and rescheduled my appointment. After months under their care they had troubles with my prescriptions being sent to pharmacy. My first urodynamics appointment did not give them the results they needed due to not a full bladder and the nurse did not secure my catheter when voiding so my urine went all over the floor and my foot.
