I have brought in Connie Hayes for a few visits and also phone visits. Also have received calls from nurses and other staff members following up in Connie's care and needs. I think that Connie has been treated very respectfully. Everyone seems to listen to both Connie and I (Connie's caregiver/ROI/emergency contact). I appreciate the attention to Connie's needs understanding of her physical, mental and situational living needs
