Very organized, receptionist super great. Was seen in reasonable amount of time. But… Provider did not address my rhomboid spasm. I could barely move and had been taking NSAIDS for several days… and it was worsening. FNP gave me more NSAIDS and said muscle relaxants wouldn’t help it. Ended up going to ED to get flexeril which helped tremendously within 3 days. Disappointed by lack of knowledge - basic urgent care issue.
If this allows me to post a zero star that's exactly what I meant. Don't be confused with some of the nurses playing the nice role. I went to this urgent care because I tore my Achilles tendon i left back home with crutches and them forgetting to send my prescriptions for meds after they closed up. Rather than taking ownership in their faults and reducing my co-pay to a normal visit because I had to wait till the next day to get medicine, they chose to together day I opted for no pain meds!!
