Rotating part time staff. Went in for nurse assisted lab work three days in a row. Received conflicting information on how to check in. On the third day only one receptionist, I was carrying oxygen and got into a disagreement with her about procedure I had been told by others that she would not accept. I nearly hyperventilated. Filed a complaint on her attitude which was tossed by her supervisor, won't go back. They treat people as objects not patients
They lost my tests twice in a row and never called back after each time; had to call multiple times to even get the results. Each time they delayed a day or two and then finally admitted to losing them and acting like it was no big deal. Simply said come back and get another test. Second time, lost again and didn't even call back. Horrible customer service and never get the chance to see the doctor. PA only if lucky and nurse is normal. Never going back again. They never change or improve.
NEVER go to Rockwood Urgent care. Worst experience ever. They misdiagnosed my family member and when we called to tell someone thier symptoms were getting worse we were told "maybe you should have gone to the ER". Save yourself the extra trip and go the the hospital ER where you know you will be taken care of.
