When I was 18 I had a heart problem that was solved by a rockwood doctor, when i informed them i was unable to pay ( because I was a student in high school), they immediately sent me to a collection agency and black marked my credit. After paying off my debt I went back to the clinic and was informed that I would not be seen until I write a letter to the head nurse explaining my situation. Takes 20 minutes to get a person on the phone to make an appointment then the person cant understand you. They keep moving my sons doctor. They sent me a letter saying the doctor was moving on january 5 then on the 29 i go to the new office to be told shes not moving for 2 months. Its a waste of time and an inconvenience.

After reading all the negative reviews, I drove to the care center this morning "loaded for bear". I didn't feel good and was NOT going to be treated poorly by anyone. I, specifically, chose this care center because of a provider seeing me there a little over a year ago. (That visit went great, also.) I wanted the staff to have access to those records.
