i have to give this place 5 stars. all of the nurses, doctors, and anesthesiologists were so amazing, compassionate, and caring. they truly helped put me at ease throughout the entire process. surgery and being put to sleep have always been some of my biggest fears. i already struggle with anxiety in my everyday life, so i was very scared going into this, but they made everything feel so much easier. they were also so sweet and patient with my 3-year-old daughter who was with me. it meant so much to see how kind and understa... read more
I had two bowel obstructions two months apart 2025. The triage nurse in ED was terrible, he refused to listen as to my history of same in 2007, exact same excruciating pain he punched me in the shoulder to tell me to shut up due to my delirium I'd told him several times how severe it was and he nastily told me to go sit down. I love the caring and compassionate people that work here. My fiance surgical team was amazing. How ever I'm disappointed with how much they expect her to suffer. I have had people who were given double the pain meds for the gallbladder surgery. When I call 2 days later because of Xmas I'm told to there's nothing they can really do. I WISH I HAD ASKED what they were sending her home with. If I had known I would have CANCELLED THE SURGERY and took home Christmas Eve. So I didn't have to watch her suffer so much. The schedulers, front desk staff and patient advocates never answer their phones and they are many weeks behind on everything! DON'T point this out or point out anything substandard or they will retaliate by telling you one thing then immediately changing it, giving you a fast appointment then immediately canceling it and rescheduling it far into the future and other such retaliatory and unprofessional behavior!!
