This is regarding their billing system. I was quoted an amount and went and paid that amount. Then they sent me a bill for 50% more money. I gave them their own reference number and they don’t have a copy of that. Now they are saying I have to send in a copy of my quote that THEY SENT ME. I should not have to help them fix their own problem.
Podiatrist is always friendly and very nice staff as always
