I started going to Rockwood Clinic in the 90s after my husband and I got stationed at Fairchild AFB. I had two excellent primary doctors there, but the third doctor ended up being terrible. About 14 years ago a blood serum test was done for street drugs in an ER and it came back positive for PCP. I don't do illegal drugs and had no idea what PCP was and I had to look it up. I have been here many times for many different tests and lab work. I have never had a bad experience. From the front desk to all the techs, they are friendly, professional, kind and sensitive to patient needs and fears.
Really was hoping I would not have to write this review, but here we are... In March of 2024, I went into an appointment at Multicare. I handed them my insurance card and asked them to check if I was covered. They scanned, it, checked it, told me I was covered, and never handed me a WA state-mandated "just so you know you'll be paying out of pocket for everything" form to sign. 2 months later, I get a bill for over $1400.
