I have been here many times for many different tests and lab work. I have never had a bad experience. From the front desk to all the techs, they are friendly, professional, kind and sensitive to patient needs and fears.
Really was hoping I would not have to write this review, but here we are... In March of 2024, I went into an appointment at Multicare. I handed them my insurance card and asked them to check if I was covered. They scanned, it, checked it, told me I was covered, and never handed me a WA state-mandated "just so you know you'll be paying out of pocket for everything" form to sign. 2 months later, I get a bill for over $1400. MY DETAILS OF THIS PLACE ARE IRRELEVANT BUT WHAT IS PREVALENT IS MY MOM THOUGHT I DIED WHEN I WAS SIX AND NOW MY LIVER IS DIEING AND MY STOMACH IS PROBABLY ROTTEN FROM ALL THE PILLSBURY AKA THE DOORKID! 29 SHORT YEARS! MORE LIKE 20 WITH ALL THE SLEEPING AROUND WE LAZY LOTS DO!
The optical center/eye clinic sent me the wrong contact prescription, and it has been very difficult to get a hold of them to fix it. They sent me a sample pair of contacts in the meantime, and upon looking at the prescription on the box, it still doesn't match my prescription. This issue has been ongoing for weeks now, and it is still unresolved, and my phone calls are not being returned. If my insurance covers it, I am ditching MultiCare for my eyecare.
