Made an appointment and check in was easy. I described symptoms of cough, sore throat, fever/chills, nausea, fatigue and chest tightness. I also explained I had an exposure to mouse feces 2 weeks prior and had been traveling. Dr. Lytle didn't want to test for anything since it "wouldn't change treatment". I asked about hantavirus and he said it isn't a concern in mouse feces, nor is it a concern in Washington at all. This contradicts the Washington state department of health website. I will not be visiting this clinic again.

TL;DR The phlebotomist, Bryan (Brian?), was incredibly kind and the highlight of my week. I am pregnant & in my 2nd trimester. I came to the lab for a fasting 3 hour test. I barely slept the night before the test and this was my second attempt trying to get this test done (due to a mistake made at another location the day prior). Naturally, I was in a horrible mood. See pictures. The toilet with poop around the edges was off a lobby. I turned around and practically ran out. The filthy room was an exam room in the same building. I left a review for that particular office so won't repeat that. It was completely unhygienic. My experiences here tell me to stay away - this building is not kept safe for patients.

I am beyond frustrated with Multicare. From start to finish, this place has been a nightmare. I called multiple times, spending forever on hold just to be transferred from one department to another with ZERO resolution. Something as simple as sending my bill to insurance turned into an endless headache. Before my appointment, I specifically called the office to confirm that the doctor was in-network. I started going to Rockwood Clinic in the 90s after my husband and I got stationed at Fairchild AFB. I had two excellent primary doctors there, but the third doctor ended up being terrible. About 14 years ago a blood serum test was done for street drugs in an ER and it came back positive for PCP. I don't do illegal drugs and had no idea what PCP was and I had to look it up.
