If there was a 0 for Dr frost I'd pick it went for day surgery, went home with stitches that wernt even good it was all bumpy I ended up in the hospital with a blood infection and Pic line and they had to reopen and pack my 1 day surgery, one day turned into about a month isolated in a hospital, and 2 weeks at a recovery home, and Frost wouldn't even see me again had another person from the valley take over and all for a bunion surgery and now my foot is worse then it was and I am in pain every day for the last 6 years, and ... read more
I haven't actually been seen. I called to schedule an appointment during my free time today and had to leave a message for them to call me back to make an appointment...the whole point of me calling during my free time was that I had time in my schedule at that time to make the call...I don't know why everyone thinks that it's convenient to leave a message and wait for a call back. I work and have things going on too. That is why the one star.
Dr. Frost is great. He listens and is very caring. I needed to get in one day and he saw me on his lunch hour. Is very knowledgeable.
The only reason getting one stars because you are polite but they rendered me no services I do not pay to come and get shopping advice from a doctorI demand a refund as no services were rendered he told me to go other places and buy other people's products
