Recommendedour care has been nothing but wonderful here! staff, drs and nurses have just been super nice!
I have been a patient for over 30 years. Everyone at the clinic has always been helpful, caring, and competent. My special "Thank you" goes to Dr. Koeske. With just some chest pain and a cough, and about to fly to England, he ordered a specific blood test "just in case" and probably saved my life. Blood clots in both lungs could have been deadly on a 10 hour flight. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
One of the office ladies is very sweet and seems to care about her patients. As far as anyone else that “helped” my fiancé during his visit was very rude and seemed to have taken his injury very lightly. Not pleased what so ever. I don’t think I’ll be back unless I absolutely have to.
I absolutely love this facility. They really treat you like you are a human being. Dr Hough (who was supposed to be my primary) saw me as a walk-in today and took 2 minutes to explain something very simply to me that they neglected to do in the Deaconness ER lastnight. If I am not dying I will choose to wait to see the wonderful people here. Thank you all so much.
I've had only excellent service and Dr. Staben is a very good diagnostician. I've been seen by Dr. Hough who is also a good doctor, and both are very good communicators.
Receptionist are very rude and not helpful in getting you seen by a doctor. Highly recommend going elsewhere for medical needs
