I had by far the worst experience with someone that calls themselves a mental health professional yesterday. Sanji Cross is INCREDIBLY unprofessional, she has ZERO skills in conflict resolution with family counseling. She was supposed to play Switzerland and she very obviously already had preconceived judgement of me. No one ever answers the phone. Ever. Finally gave up and went in person to schedule and address isn't correct. Apparently moved years ago but couldn't be bothered to update address with Google. Finally got someone and she refused to look past one week on schedule when that isn't feasible to get time off from work for.
Bad
I tried. The meds worked for awhile then I was experiencing problems. Because it has been over three months since I last saw the provider I had trouble making another appointment. Three times I tried to make appointment and was told that if I was stable on the medication then talk to primary about refill. I wasn't calling about refill, I was calling about not doing well. No help here.
