Made an appointment showed up, door was locked couldn't get in. Called and went directly to voicemail. Left my name and call back # explained I was there waiting. After 15 minutes I left and have not heard back from anyone at this supposed office!

I was never seen. I was texted no less than six times, and called three to confirm my appointment. I was told to show up 30 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out paperwork as instructed by the receptionist two days ago.
