I had a very disappointing experience. I was referred in November and had an appointment scheduled. I showed up to my appointment but the doctor wasn't in so they needed to reschedule. Soonest reschedule available was end of January. The day before my appointment they left a message saying it needed rescheduled again. I called back several times, but kept being transferred to a different office (oncologist). Finally, I called again and they said someone would give me a call in the next few days to help me. I’m currently 31 weeks pregnant. I’ve read a lot of the reviews and people saying they haven’t met their doctor, but if you listen in your intake appointment. The doctors are at the hospital and they trade out every so often. So it’s not a specific doctor(s) that’s going to delivery your baby. Also in your intake appointment they tell you the clinic is a “resident learning clinic” meaning that most of the “MDs” are still residents and still learning. I went to see a GYN after several years of intense one sided pelvic pain. I work for a GYN clinic so I’m well versed and educated in women’s health. I tried to explain my symptoms and I was pushed to get a mirena IUD which I have a documented adverse history with, and then birth control which I also cannot tolerate.
