The system its corrupt. Can't switch the provider.
Check in nurse on second floor reception was a terrible and rude. She kept interjecting herself into my conversation with another receptionist after our appointment had been canceled for no reason. Won’t be going back to MultiCare.
Check in nurses and staff was amazing, several hours wait for a doctor that was short and rude for most of the meeting. Never felt so disrespected by medical professional before.
Horrible, I will never come back.
