I had the most pleasant experience interacting with Olestra and Rhys (sp?). I walked in with a sore throat and raspy voice, and Olestra got me situated very quickly as a new patient. Once I got in the exam room, I was able to see Rhys within minutes. Very kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable medical team. Hopefully, I won't need to go back soon, but when I do need some urgent medical care, I'll definitely be back to the Sammamish MultiCare Indigo Urgent Care!

I shared my symptoms and felt like I was being gaslit by the nurse practitioner at Indigo. She told me I must have experienced some “scalp trauma” when I have had concussions in the past and shared symptoms like dizziness, vision changes, headache, etc. It seemed like she didn’t care to take much time and I kept questioning her to ask about the symptoms I was having, but she persisted on it being just that my head was yanked down.
