Our experience went well. Originally when we went in, it was later in the day around 6pm and we were told they were at capacity for the night. While trying to set up an appointment for a different time and day, a nurse walked by and asked what we were there for and said she would be able to get us in. We went back just minutes later, was seen by the doctor and were out the door before they closed at 8pm. Everyone was nice. This is my 2nd time there and both times we received great service and care.
Got my issue taken care of quickly and safely.
Besides the doctors that seen me the other people were rude! The second I got handed the discharge papers they made me leave and wouldn’t let me sit and wait for my ride inside the building was forced to stand outside while sick.
The MA (Chris) was very pleasant and wonderful to talk to The nurse practitioner (Jen) on the other hand, was very cold and lacking any bedside manner and very abrupt and short I felt like I was getting better care from the medical assistant then from the actual doctor, which is very disappointing I absolutely would not recommend this nurse practitioner to anybody else
Everyone was amazing! If I ever need a new primary I’d ask for Elizabeth PA!
