It’s a medical facility - so I’m supposed to be polite. But basically all I got was shunted from one indigo location to another, made to wait 40min past my appointment time (which is fine - that part is normal these days) and then told to go to the ER based on a concern (that I thought was flimsy) and the ER doc definitely thought was unwarranted. I think a little more time could have been spent on the triage.
Sarah the Nurse Practitioner, best human I have met in healthcare! She knows exactly how to make you feel seen, heard, cared for, and creates space to share openly! I love love love her professionalism and her care! The concierge assistant, a little cold, very matter of fact, nothing welcoming about her. But Sarah made up for all that and I left feeling truly valued as a patient. Space is clean too, barely waited cause I had an appointment. Loved my experience.

I was able to be seen but they are more bent on testing for the glu and covid than actually listening to me. After 40 years of the same symptoms they didnt listen. Would not recommended setting foot on there property.
