I visited from out of state and was in and out in less than 2 hours without an appointment. Great staff. Thorough evaluation of my condition. Test results back in 15-20 minutes. Highly recommended.

My mother doesn’t have insurance. She’s visiting us from overseas. So we paid out of pocket. We visited Indigo urgent care today to have them follow up on my mother’s case. She broke her finger while in canada 4 weeks ago. We needed a new xray and finger splint. Our visit was great: wait was only 10 minutes. The nurse was quick and professional. Be careful coming here. They will NOT inform you if your plan is out of network, even if it is listed on their website. They will simply slap you will the bill and say “it’s out of our hands.” They are just as slimy as insurance companies. We are just bodies that are seen as profit. You will not find compassion here. No transparency. No accountability. After browsing other reviews, this is not the first time they do this.
