The location was very busy but the provider didn’t make me feel rushed at all. She listened, asked more questions to draw details from me, and was very personable. Prescriptions and payment were easy. I really appreciate a place that can get me in same day and help with important but not emergent needs.
The facility was very clean and welcoming... The staff was amazing, very nice and concerned about me, yes me...and it's great to visit a facility where you are greeted with a smile and employees that really care about you. Everyone was really nice and I was in and out pretty quickly
Very professional and friendly staff. Tatiana diagnosed the issue and prescribed appropriate medications. Very happy with the experience.
Had a sore throat and have been coughing for a week. It’s was hard to breathe and sleep. Making an appointment with this office was the best decision I ever made. The other urgent care was totally useless, the wait I was told was 5 hours. This particular care unit was an actual great and very helpful. Got a last minute appointment with the clinic within 1 hr. The staff was extremely friendly and very polite. The physician was extremely helpful as well. I will continue to go there for all emergencies.
