My husband had a CT scan this morning. We arrived about 15 mins before his check in time and he was done about 15 mins before his appointment time. They are the best. Personnel is great and their efficiency can't be beat. This is the first time either of us have ever got home before our appointment was scheduled. Love them
Our ultrasound appointment was canceled without any contact with us or notice the Friday before so we couldn’t call all about out Monday morning appointment. After a half hour wait on the phone we learned that Jennie Brown canceled it because of staffing issues. An appointment we scheduled over 3 months ago by the way. Our baby has health concerns that this ultrasound was supposed to give us some good news.
The care team made me very comfortable through the whole experience. I came in for an MRI with contrast in which the fluid was injected into my hip joint, which is obviously inherently uncomfortable for multiple reasons, but it was made as easy as possible by everyone being very nice and attentive. No one moved too fast, everyone explained what they were doing as they did it, and they happily answered all my questions. I also got my results the very next day, which was surprising.
The only reason I didn't give five stars, is because of parking. The lack of available parking is incredibly frustrating, every time I come here. That being said, I had a very frustrating day trying to get in here. I was 20 minutes late for my appointment, mainly because my GPS got me lost multiple times, and I had to park ten minutes away, literally on the other side of the building complex.
