They left a vile of my boyfriends blood on the counter, the nurse messed up the IV and he was sitting in a small pool of blood, she stuck it in wrong and they had three other people try to get it out and they had to clamp it to remove it, the nurse was very rude and I thought she might have been under the influence. And the Emergency room smelled like decay and I couldn't stay there very long. Over all a bad experience and I feel like my boyfriend wasn't cared for as much as he should have been.
Never had anything to complain about was treated great with the best of care.
I have unfortunately been to the ER at GSH twice in the past month. The first time was for a bad fall. I ended up only having a huge black eye and concussion. I was in and out of the ER on a Sunday evening in 2.5 hours. The staff was very organized and the ER was clean. Today I was stung by a bee and had a serous allergic reaction. Hi everyone that have had the opportunity,to have some treatment at Good Samaritan,especially the rehab units ,it's a blessful set of peoples that i was very fortunate to have in my rehabilitation from a stroke Dr. staff have been really nice an with all type of great information. I am truly bless.
Seriously good Sam??? My son needs his G-tube replaced (it fell out) before the hole closes and he needs SURGERY to replace it and your more fucking concerned with my insurance that you already have as my son has weekly appointments. Get real.
I've been in this hospital almost a week or so now. First two days I was here it was taking 20-25 mins to answer a call light. If I'd had an serious accident, no one would know for a half hour.. (I'm here for having a STROKE so you'd think they care) Now they nailed it down to about 12-18 mins but I can't get my scheduled meds on time..... Ever.... Very impressed with this hospital! It's very clean and all the staff I came across had great customer service and impressive bedside manners. So good that I am going to switch all my care to Good Samaritan!
