The star rating is disingenuous since Facebook doesn't allow star ratings anymore. If they still allowed it, this place would be a 1 star, and that would be generous. Horrendous parking. Rude staff (if anyone actually answers the phone). Zero compassion (having seen it in person in the ER when a patient who was in a car accident was made to walk to an er room before being wheeled back to the operating room on a bed).

THANK YOU to an A-1 group of caring Angels, Thank you Nurses Eri, Cindy, Marian, Cathy, Social worker Dana, Massage therapist Anna, Chaplain Pierre and the entire admin staff for their kind, courteous and empathetic treatment. You do life-changing stuff when life was changing all around me.
I don't know what kind of hospital doesn't want to help their patients. All they do is shoot you up with drugs. I came in cause I had a disc slip AGAIN and they didn't wanna do any scans to see if I needed surgery. Its affecting my legs and I'm not able to walk very well. I didn't come here looking for drugs, I came here to get answers.

After an ER visit with lab work done, they failed to contact my father who has sepsis. It should not be difficult to get a hold of a patient when they needed to be admitted. Also, a social worker was yelling.. yes yelling at us concerning his move from the hospital to the rehab facility. The most unprofessional display of manners I've witnessed. Nursing staff on the 3rd floor is amazing though!
