I was astonished & disappointed after my recent in room appointment with Dr. Woody. For a 20 min appointment- Dr Woody was in the room for a total of 3 minutes & showed 0 empathy towards me. I had brought up that I had made a recent trip to the ER & was told (by nurse & Dr) that I’d have to “reschedule” to “add” an additional topic of concern OR I could “choose” which concerns to address on this day & needed to save other concerns for another day. Wrong Tim Howard. I was no where near multicare Frederickson Clinic.
Wait time too long. Had a mix up getting me a room. However the nurses and doctor were very kind and caring.
