Quick response and answered all my concerns
Dr. Emily Banks listened and devised a plan referring me out to a specialist. The specialist called within a week to set an appointment. We had a communication issue that she immediately fixed and had plan B ready to go. I was greeted and treated respectfully. I have been with Multicare for some years now, but my amazing doctor at the Tacoma location ended his practice there, so I transferred to Dr. Emily Banks. So far so good!
As always my appointment was a breeze. Check-in was easy and I was brought back 2 minutes before my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Williams is a blessing to have as a PCP. Thanks again guys!
They are very friendly and helpful!!! Dr. Queen is my favorite doctor. Marketta is the best!!! 🌻
