Not sure why this clinic has low reviews. But I had nothing but good experience from my provider, MA's and any assistance from other providers when my PCP wasn't available. DR. Marissa Robinson is one of the best PCP I ever had.
Michelle is just the worse! Very unprofessional
Don't bother - avoid at all costs! I made an appointment with Dr. Scott Agee for July back in February. July comes around and I get a MyChart message that he's had to reschedule (again). When I call to reschedule, they inform me that he is no longer accepting new patients (contrary to what the website currently states) and that I will need to see another provider. Just so MultiCare and your doctors know, patients can see when you decide to respond to a Mychart message and check that little box that says “Do not allow patient reply.” I know this because I’m an employee, and I respond to patient messages via MyChart as well. While it does not prevent me from sending a new message, I won’t spam you, but this message thread was a total of 8 messages between me and the provider and the MA so not a lot. Not sure how this clinic has such low reviews. I’ve been a patient here for several years and have mainly seen Dr.Stallard - who by the way is the best doctor I have ever seen in my 33 years. She cares about her patients. She takes issues seriously, and helps in anyway she can. She was my PCP, my OB and my baby’s Ped. Best doctor ever. I have also seen several of the other providers as they share OB patients and Dr.Robinson, Dr.Chambers and Dr.Billick are also incredible. The LC in the clinic- Stephanie - also amazing.
