Dr Barua was patient and helpful and well informed as was her staff. Twice I needed help with lab instructions within a short time and her office reached out to me within the time frame I had requsted using MyChart. They also worked me in when I was late for an appt due to GPS failure.
Just a good place all around
Care, staff is great, but I always feel rushed, but I understand. I really need to start writing more in a notebook to remind me of issues I need help with m.
Happy with the doctor. Very disappointed with the admin staff. I relayed what the doctor discussed in session. Admin staff did not believe me. Very frustrating. Do not want to go back to the clinic again. I’m seeking to see a different endocrinologist in Puyallup, but I’m not confident the admin staff will help with this even though my doctor approved of it.
