Been calling to try to get an appointment for over a month, only to encounter the voicemail each time. With absolutely no call back. Ridiculous.
Parking is terrible but the doctors are amazing. Take an uber.
I’ve tried calling this place four times this week and they DO NOT answer their phones any time of day or call you back.
Medical assistant was very nice, front desk staff are very nice...ENT doctor is super rude and dismissive. I was sent there by my regular doctor for reoccurring fluid build up in my ears, and reoccurring ear infections. They did a hearing test, and I passed it. So they assumed nothing was wrong and became very dismissive after that. Even though my ear is muffled, in pain, and my ear drum is thickened. He also said that it's not possible for water to get trapped in the ear which makes zero sense. Swimmers ear? That's a thing.... read more
Dr Sharma throughly examined my throat with his scope and CT scans to rule out any issues. He gave me a clean bill of health and I am grateful to have my voice back 100%!
