The lady at the front desk was rude. I was told no appointment would be necessary, just walk in. I arrived at 3:45 PM and the lady said to me,"We don't do x-rays."I asked her if they don't do x-rays or they are not doing them right now. She said not right now and rudely grabbed my referral paper then told me to go to Memorial. She said they do the same x-rays. I went to Memorial and the whole thing took at the most 10 minutes if that. They had no one in the office, it was on a Tuesday guess they don't need the business. Than... read more

My son slipped and hit his head on the door there was a huge gash on his eyebrow I took him the urgent care hoping they could fix him and I would need to go the busy Puyallup ED. Doctor Ken as my son now calls him, was easily able to stitch my 7 years son's face The best urgent care we have ever been to. We are so glad it is in our community

Wish I can write - * Tacoma general hospital customer service is very bad. They er front desk don't care about the patients. Health care is so bad and unprofessional they laugh at the patients.

My experience at Puyallup Urgent Care could have been a lot better. From the time we got there to the time we left was over 3 hours. The staff was very unprofessional. They had us waiting in a back room with our door open and the nurses were discussing patients they had throughout the day, and they clearly didn't care if we heard or not. We heard one nurse joke about how many prescriptions they wrote to a patient and then heard a male nurse say "I'm glad I'm not her partner" after seeing a woman's test results, and when this... read more

treted there for mouth pain awhile back, wait was long , but treatment and service was great. I waited for awhile in the E.R. ad also in a back room. I was given a shot for pain and they really did not do anything dental related

If this allows me to post a zero star that's exactly what I meant. Don't be confused with some of the nurses playing the nice role. I went to this urgent care because I tore my Achilles tendon i left back home with crutches and them forgetting to send my prescriptions for meds after they closed up. Rather than taking ownership in their faults and reducing my co-pay to a normal visit because I had to wait till the next day to get medicine, they chose to together day I opted for no pain meds!! I TORE MY ACHILLES TENDON THAT RE... read more

These people were amazing! From the ER where I had been transported from a smaller hospital that could not handle my grave condition to the nurses, doctors, and staff on the 10th floor. I had superior 24/7 attention and care. I had to return to the hospital for a 24 hour period for an infusion and was on the 11th floor and again had excellent care! We live 50 miles from Deaconess and if in need of emergency care too big for our local hospital...I will demand Deaconess again! Good job all!
