treted there for mouth pain awhile back, wait was long , but treatment and service was great. I waited for awhile in the E.R. ad also in a back room. I was given a shot for pain and they really did not do anything dental related
These people were amazing! From the ER where I had been transported from a smaller hospital that could not handle my grave condition to the nurses, doctors, and staff on the 10th floor. I had superior 24/7 attention and care. I had to return to the hospital for a 24 hour period for an infusion and was on the 11th floor and again had excellent care! We live 50 miles from Deaconess and if in need of emergency care too big for our local hospital...I will demand Deaconess again! Good job all!
Thoroughly dissatisfied with the neurological department at this hospital. My mom uses a walker and has a hard time getting around so when we arrived 9 minutes late for her appointment and were told her appointment was cancelled by the Dr. and no options for shortened exam time or fit in, etc. Just seemed pretty cold. They didnt ask or care why we were late and didnt offer to reschedule. Guess they have so many patients they dont need any more. Avoid this place, Have Ur baby at Sacred Heart. The nurses suck and are very unprofessional, and if U dont mother or father the way they feel U should they will notify CPS ( witch hunt) my son couldnt get the baby's shirt on, the mother didnt hold the head proper, Avoid this head ache
