Nurses very prejudice. They stood out in the hallway and joked and laugh outside my room because I came to L&D to check on my unborn baby. It made me very uncomfortable and currently looking to switch hospitals due to the comments that were made. Stay away from this place.
I had a beautiful birth experience at this facility, I wrote out my birth plan but was ready to adjust to whatever was suitable for my case , stayed close to 5days in the hospital and I had an amazing team take care of me and my baby . From the start of induction till my baby arrived , I loved the entire process and I’m grateful for the helpful and kind team I came into contact with . I have a ridiculous amount of good things to say about this place and the staff. I delivered with Rockwood OBGYN staff and over a period of three days saw Dr. Cunningham, Dr. Larsen, & Dr. Cewe, all of which are SO amazing. I have the biggest fear of needles and was able to get an IV and an epidural placed, the nurse staff here are so genuine, caring, and understanding, and that helps calm the nerves to be able to get everything done. I honestly can’t say enough good things about my experience. The nurses and providers were so kind, attentive, and supportive. The process went so smooth from check in to check out and while I can’t say giving birth was enjoyable - they made it as close to that as possible for me which says a lot! I’m so thankful to everyone who helped me there.
