Had such a phenomenal experience here giving birth to my daughter the other night. Abby, the nurse we worked with for delivery is a remarkable human being. I don’t know that I’ve ever met someone who is more perfect for the job that they do. Showing up to the hospital just before midnight 9.5cm dilated was not something I was prepared for- honestly, I was petrified. The genuine compassion and support from Abby and the rest of the team was a blessing my little family and I could not be more thankful for.
Worst experience of my whole life. My daughter Chloe is dead and her identical twin sister Adeline has to deal with that for the rest of her life. It's not fair and the fact that your hospital had went against the pregnancy plan of putting my daughter's mother in the hospital between 24 and 28 weeks pregnant and at 32 weeks she went in there with me and begged you to remove the children out of her stomach. I had my baby here in 2022, and the nurses were all so kind. Tonight, I went in with baby #2 to do some testing for lack of movements and the nurse on shift, Sara, was SO kind and professional. She made me feel very safe and heard. I told her my concerns with child birth this time around and she had very comforting wisdom to share. I always tell moms to deliver at Deaconess. Thank you, Sara!

We had a great experience at Deaconess Birth Center. From the moment we arrived, the entire staff was incredibly kind, supportive, and helpful. Even when our birth plan didn’t go as intended and we needed a C-section, the team made sure we felt safe, informed, and well cared for every step of the way.
