Terrible pharmacy and customer support. Multicare obviously does not care about its employees. I called in a prescription on Sunday to be delivered in 2-3 days. I called back 3 days later to check on the status and was informed it still hadn’t been sent. When I asked about the 2-3 day time frame, I was told that things are just “very slow” and it is never that quick.
I'm a military veteran . I'm 67 years old. I work for Multicare for 37 years in the CVAR. I'm still working full time. I have First Choice. And Tricare as well as Medicare..I don't understand why I have such high copays.
The pharmacist was very polite and professional. Excellent customer service.
It is a great pharmacy with great customer service. They are busy so sometimes you have to wait a bit but no worse than other places.
