Great people and always friendly. The messaging and texting are terrible.. I received a text saying it's time for a refill. Press one to refill. You think great! Press one for the refill .. it updates to refill in progress ..and two days later it's disappeared. So then you go into my chart and request the refill. It says refill in progress for a week and then it disappears. I've had this happen many times. For different prescriptions. I've even sent messages to the pharmacy, And don't ever get a reply.
