I love my provider Brittney little, however the office staff is just absolutely awful! I’ve waiting on hold twice today for over 40 mins each time just so I could see if they take my new insurance. They don’t even answer the phones half the time or call you back. Terrible customer service
This clinic is the place to be for excellent health providers that get into the personal scheme of your health concerns. My physician has been guiding my health issues on a personal and I involved level. She has directed my health issues to help me feel hopeful about my recovery after being diagnosed with eleven chronic conditions. I felt like all hope was lost. I had a really disappointing experience trying to make my first appointment. I called, and the receptionist was incredibly rude from the get-go. Honestly, her attitude made me feel so uncomfortable that I'm seriously considering finding a new doctors office. It's surprising how someone in that position can look down on others. If she hates her job that much, maybe she should consider finding a new one? It's a shame to have such a negative first impression.
I had two appointments 4 months apart with Kerry Gamble for basic care, needing a referral to another clinic. Kerry wasn't able to accomplish this one basic referral. Front desk staff is rather abhorrent. A complete waste of time and effort. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone, not even my worst enemy. In contrast I had an appointment with my new doctor who had the referral completed the same day, with an appointment scheduled for 2 weeks out.
