I had an emergent kidney stone procedure done by a caring, competent team. My closest hospital failed me and Capital Medical fixed the problem that required 2 surgical procedures and a stay in the hospital. Everyone included in my care was so kind. I am calling this hospital my go to for my future care. They “saved my bacon”. I read some of the reviews and noticed the ones complaining the most mistook the hospital for a hotel. Horrible HORRIBLE ER experiences- 2 nurses and an E.M.T recommended my relative go & possible stay in hospital to get care. After ambulance and waiting 3 plus hours (while she struggles to breathe) she has fluid on her lungs, she's bleeding and she's in pain but Doctor pops in briefly and says you're fine we can release her😳 EFFN WHAAA? La recepcionista que trabaja ah� es una incompetente y racista ped� una traductora en espa�ol para pedir informaci�n acerca de mi cuenta con multiCare y me transfiri� con un traductor pero ella cuelga la llamada fueron 3 veces que hizo lo mismo la �ltima vez ya no contest� mi llamada p�simo servicio deber�an capacitar m�s al personal que no hacen bien su trabajo, multiCare muy mal servicio de personas que trabajan ah�
Wow, A big thanks to the outstanding care from ER Veteran Dr. Hayes and Veteran RN Brandon (thank you for your service). From start to finish, they went completely above and beyond. They both have amazing personalities, and their genuine love for people and passion for patient health completely shines through. Their awesome, positive attitudes and expedited care made a world of difference for my sick kiddo. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness, compassion and exceptional medical care!
