Has really gone down hill since Multicare took over. Very disappointed.

The office staff and security here are so helpful and nice. The one star is for how disgusting this ER is. The second I walked in for an urgent matter, I got a strong whiff of cigarettes, mandating everyone to wear masks while half the people decided to not abide by this. They will take you into a room in the middle of the waiting room where the only form of separation between you and the other patients is a curtain. I was taken into a room where they also used it for extra storage and had people coming in and out of my room... read more

Went in worried my toddler might have Gelastic seizures. I was ignored... Gelastic seizures can be very infrequent but need to be caught early in children. You may need to inform your doctors that Gelastic seizures can also appear in otherwise healthy appearing children. Frequently occurring during sleep. Easy to misdiagnosed on a few levels. Instead of listening to me the doctor listened to my husband complaining about neighbors who were smoking 3 weeks ago... My husband is barely home and hasn't seen the seizures. So unkno... read more
