Today I attended an event at the hospital and noticed how unprofessional the Security Supervisor (Jean) was. He was cursing in front of patients and children, the way he treats his employees I can only imagine how he treats guests at the hospital. Definitely not returning back here.

This ER is a joke. They will make you wait in the lobby while blacking out from pain after a Medic Unit called ahead, confirmed that they had room and a bed ready for you, then lie once the Medic Unit drops you off. Services rendered depend upon how busy they are. As far as the quality of service. ER'S are notorious for getting bad reviews and 1 or 2 stars? Because people are usually in pain or having something serious going on, and possibly stressed out! Patients expect to be treated well and respected as a human being, not just a number no matter how busy it gets.
