Would give zero stars if I could. This doctor walked in without any intention of actually assessing or helping. He misdiagnosed me, after peeking in my ears and nose for two seconds. 🤣 I had not mentioned that my diagnoses were confirmed with prior procedures. This doctor was the definition of medical gaslighting. Literally nothing but a cash grab. Waited months for literally nothing but to waste my time. Go anywhere else.
I had an excellent experience here. Dr. Jordan Mulder was incredibly thorough in explaining my condition and the treatment options available. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend this practice to anyone needing ENT services. Definitely a 5-star experience. Even got a get well card from Dr. Mulders team, amazing thank you!
I had an appointment with Jordan Mulder DO. I have worked in the Olympia area for over 40 years as a registered nurse and have had much contact with various physician specialties. Dr. Mulder answered my questions and was extremely easy to communicate with. He completely explained a procedure that he was going to perform at the appointment and set my mind at ease. I highly recommend him.
Made an appointment for pan sinusitus, they were booked out 2 months. Called ENT Associates SW and got an appointment within a week. Based on my CT scan and understanding the severity of my situation, I'm having surgery two days later.
Probably the worst receptionist I’ve spoken to in sometime. They will only consider new vertigo patients if they have jumped through hoops prior to meeting with them and I already had a referral. Honestly, if she was just polite, I never would’ve left this review. I hear that AI based receptionists never have a bad day.
