Whoever answers your phones --- shouldn't. The older woman I spoke to is just down right rude and awful.
Been going to virtual, and in-person, appointments for about a year. Great experience every time.
I saw two therapists or counselors, whatever. First one misgendered and dead named me. No care in the world. Switched to another one. She stared at the computer, until end of appointment. I am worse going there. They all seem to be like robots. I hate how it can take 3 weeks to see your therapist. They can't handle intensity, and seem cookie cutter. It's sad the weaksauce that is there. I need to be better, not have people who are incompetent helping me.
My appointment starts when they open and I am supposed to be here a half hour early to fill out paperwork. I'm already having a bad feeling about it :/ previous reviews have me wondering if the doctors really check to see if this is a safe place to send people. Prey for me.
