Staff will let senior citizens with dementia just walk out the door even with staff watching him leave they endanger a person who was there to seek medical attention. Was on the news today and would not recommend this facility for healthcare needs. They don’t have carrying medical professionals working at this hospital
There was a young lady who updated my contact/other important information and had great bed side manner and professionalism. I was out in 1.5 hours. However, where some of the staff fall short is coming into your room unannounced to retrieve equipment. Acknowledging the patient and their space is bear minimum of patient care. If I could give zero stars, I would. I arrived at the ER around 10 PM unable to walk and in extreme pain, only to be discharged at 1 AM with absolutely nothing done. I had to advocate for myself and even explain basic patient care, completely unacceptable. While the check-in staff and triage nurse were kind and professional, the care stopped there. The doctors, nurses, and all the staff we encountered were kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and cheerful. I felt my mother was in good hands, I was thoroughly impressed with the experience.
