I had an online appointment scheduled with Dr Lijo Thomas which I had made early January 2023 to be seen in Feb. I get a call today from Multicare saying they are cancelling my appointment because the doctor is no longer seeing new patients and supposedly they didn't realize it until today ( a week before my appointment). The earliest they can see me now is in July with a different provider and not even in the Auburn location. My doctor just left almost a year ago and they would not set up with the another doctor and they will not reorder my heart pressure medication for me. They have been tossing me around and keep making excuses and when I asked them why they Are they doing that to me, one of the nurse name Jennifer abuse me on the phone and the phone and told me to find another care with a different hospital and a different doctor
After sitting on hold and being transferred multiple times I scheduled an appointment with Multicare for Sue Wohlfert in Auburn. They were booked two months out. When I arrived for my appointment the receptionist let me know I did not have an appointment and that they had canceled it. No call?
