I have been referred to this office since December 20, 2025 for my MRI brain with/without for migraines BUT the referral had the wrong expiration date on it. Date was corrected on 2/10/26. It is now 3/9/26 And when I called to follow up on this was told that I have to wait another week to have it reviewed before hearing back to schedule. Really feeling like I need to go somewhere else other than Multicare at this point.
Been going here since I was moved from the pediatric neurologist next door. Never really had any problems besides getting forms turned into the DOL on time. Ruth Dekker is by far the easiest doctor to work with at this location, especially since my seizures are under control. Quick and efficient appointments.

Office does not follow through on forms and referrals, they loose documents and have little concern for how this affects their patients. Dr. Lynam is a good neurologist, but it's probably not worth dealing with such incompetent office workers.
