After using these Multicam routers for over a decade I come to the conclusion that the are complete pieces of s**t. I've used both the 5000 & 7000 and they both break down on a regular basis. When they do go down it's weeks before these lazy people get up off their collective rear ends to help you. They will gladly come to you at a port-to-port charge and D from Multicam West says they have been trained to only travel at the height of rush hour traffic. One of my biggest regrets is buying two of their routers. If I gave my customers the same service these guys give me I'd be out of business in weeks. Here's what you can expect, during a major production run your router will go down and they'll schedule you a week out. After confirming several times up to the promised service date, they'll cancel on that day and push you back for days or even weeks more. I've needed them twice in the last 6 months.
