service support it’s a bad joke it seems they are doing us customers a favor we’ve been dealing with them for more than 15 days to get a piece of equipment installed, it’s a terrible experience we have a couple of machines with them but tech support is sending us to buy a Zund next time

We recently purchased our Multicam router for sign and cabinet making. It was a relatively smooth process, and I am pleased. Our applications trainer Juan was great! He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. With his help we now feel comfortable to accomplish the jobs we've been wanting to do.
