Being neighbors with one of the properties they manage is AWEFUL. They don't monitor the condition the renter keeps the home or yard. There has been garbage piled up in the driveway for at least a year. They NEVER shovel their walk and rarely mow, they literally have had weeds in the yard 2 feet tall! Worse landlords we have ever had. Mary Schon is a slumlord. She bought our duplex, raised the rent by $195 then refused to fix or update anything. We finally moved after 2 months of a broken stove, a front window that wouldn't open and 11 year old carpet that she refused to update. There was also leaking from the pipes to downstairs, that she ignored. I could go on for paragraphs, but bottom line is stay clear of this company she and her husband own as well as Schon Enterprises.
