Honestly kind of baffled by some of the negative reviews about scheduling and prescriptions and such. I've been going here for a few years and have never had an issue, always receive updates about my appointments and have even been able to get in earlier than some appointments when I've been having a concerning issue. I have nothing but nice things to say about the staff and the experience.
I am sharing this review to document a concerning experience with this provider’s office. During my visit, I was evaluated by an intern rather than Dr. Stephanie Baukus. I was diagnosed with RSV and have a history of asthma. My symptoms included chest pain, wheezing, sore throat, and persistent coughing. Because my employer requires formal LOA documentation to approve medical leave, I requested two days off work to allow time for recovery and to prevent worsening of my respiratory symptoms. Critical Review of McLaren Multi-Specialty Clinic I rarely write reviews, but my recent experience at McLaren Multi-Specialty Clinic was frustrating enough to warrant one. Reception Staff: The front desk was not only unhelpful but outright rude. After waiting patiently for over an hour to be called back, I approached the receptionist for assistance. I have had no issures with them I've veen going to them for 9 mounts I've been seeing them since I found out I was pergnet back in Nov. I've had no issures with them the staff have been kind to me since day 1 I've went there I've never been on hold for 45mins they are good with answering and when they put me on hold it only takes a few mins then they answer me they've answered every question that I have ever had as well wirh 0 issures I've always been there for my appoitmeants they've only cancled 1 appointment that was bc o... read more
