I did not hire Multi-Spec however they inspected a house that I am selling. After the inspection, I discovered that an antique side door with a vintage lock was broken, insulation from the garage pulled down and not cleaned up and tracked throughout the house. When I called the company to inquire, they explained that they did break the lock after three times of turning the knob and lock. In the 40 years of owning this home, I've never had an issue and thought that door offered some charm to the house. I cannot get this fixed... read more
