MSAC&H did a great job. Both with a complete demolition and installation. The installation was professionally installed. Their work is very organized and clean. Not to mentioned that they offer the best price out of 4 companies I reached out to. I would definitely recommend them.
Juan is great. He comes when he says he will, he doesn’t charge you for things you don’t need, and his rates are very fair. He works hard, but also is very thorough, and shows you pictures of everything he wants to fix. He tells you what your options are, what you can live with, and what absolutely should be addressed, but there is never pressure and he lets it be your decision. Juan is our go to guy for all things hvac.
