I had this filter for more than 10 years and I love the water taste! Recently it became a challenge to find a tall, modern compatible faucet. I paid $1000 only to find the information I was given was false. I was told by a very friendly multipure rep from Oregon that it removes fluoride and that turned out not true. 8 years ago she told me the big shots at MP were working on removing it and Aquagear can pull it off and yet MP is not? Why do they say MPURE? H E L P me understand why Multipure is dragging their feet by not removing fluoride from the water.
