I began calling around 12:00 p.m. because I needed to complete blood work and wanted to confirm the latest time I could arrive. I called approximately ten times and did not receive an answer. Attempted to make an appointment. Was on hold for almost 20 minutes. Nobody took my call. Not going there, reporting to my insurance company.
I’ve been use a multi medic for at least 30 years and I’ve never had no problem with them the staff is very friendly and very professional and they’re definitely my family
I been calling for days to make an urgent appointment and they never pick up. Yah have to do better this is ridiculous.
