In 2001, we built a new home in Waterford, Michigan. We contracted Multi-Lake Enterprises to insulate our entire home. As we never utilized the attic for any storage, and never had any maintenance issues that required access to the attic, we hadn’t gone into the attic the entire time we lived in the home. When we sold the home in 2017, the inspector found significant mold growth in the attic.
