I love the people I work with staff & clients. Are all wonderful & very welcoming, if you like a challenge & making a difference in others lives, MCDS is a wonderful place to be.
MCDS has helped me over come and over succeed in many areas of my life. I am OK with the staff and my old case manager was Joy I was with her for the first three and a half years. She was amazing. Doug wispy the head of MCDS has been a wonderful person and is very encouraging. The staff fully care about the clients. There's a few things that I would change but overall I love MCDS and don't think I would ever leave the company
Honesty time.... Noticing changes... Residential staff rock but Day Service staff is meh. I have a great case manager though, but It's not what it use to be..
