I am writing to express my shock regarding the security deposit claim from Multichoice for the property we rented for three years. We consistently maintained the property with professional monthly cleanings and completed a thorough move-out cleaning, including sanitizing the garage. Despite our efforts, we were charged $2,700 for various claimed damages. It seems that even with diligent care, retrieving the security deposit is challenging.

I am representing the Multi-Choice Management LLC to write a response for the previous tenant Ernest White: 1. I added photos of conditions at move-out, also the photos of newly renovated shower in 2024. 2. The photos at move-out show tons of trash left in front of the house. 3. See the photos of carpet conditions at move-out. We have lots of photos from move-out showing the conditions are poor. We think it is fair enough to deduct security deposit to protect the homeowner. This by far is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They will nickel and dime you when you move out so they can keep your security deposit. They alone are saying I have to pay $3000 to paint the interior of the home when it’s normal wear and tear. And according to the move out check list, normal wear and tear is included. I had a leak that I reported in 2020 that still was never resolved after several maintenance people came out. That’s how you do business? I would never recommend this company for a rental property.
