This by far is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They will nickel and dime you when you move out so they can keep your security deposit. They alone are saying I have to pay $3000 to paint the interior of the home when it’s normal wear and tear. And according to the move out check list, normal wear and tear is included. I wanted to work with Huizi Li, realtor in this company, she has a lease and mi clients did the application and everything, they were accepted and after that I didn’t know more about the contract. A contract that should take less than an hour to make. I had a disappointing experience with this rental service. I advise against renting from them, as they deducted a significant amount from my deposit. Despite consistently passing all inspections over the three years of my tenancy,they unjustly withheld $300 from my deposit, citing issues with the water filter. If you wish to avoid potential deductions from your deposit, I recommend considering other rental options. They will make excuses to avoid paying your deposit back. Do not rent with them
When renting with this group, they do not repair the rental for new tenants, this is why you must take video and pictures. They will charge the new tenants for the repairs or make them repair it. When an appliance like a garbage disposal or refrigerator dies, you get charged fees for them just to come out. My father rented a place from them and is bed ridden, he had iv antibiotics that were to be refrigerated and then the refrigerator died.
