UPDATE : Coming back to edit my review since my daughter has been with Dr. Garcia for about 3 months. For five long years, my daughter lived with nonstop stomach pain. We went from doctor to doctor, searching for answers, only to leave with frustration and no relief. It wasn’t until her nutritionist recommended Dr. Garcia that everything finally changed. Dr. Garcia was outstanding with both my children. He was knowledgeable, patient and kind. I’m so grateful to have been recommended to MultiCare plus!
Dr. Garcia and his staff were lovely. I took my daughter for the first time today and had such an awesome experience. Front desk and nurse were so friendly. Dr. Garcia was so knowledgeable and caring. Overall, a very nice experience.
Unfortunately the negative reviews are true. Kelly who works front desk is extremely rude and rather entitled. Receiving a condescending tone when you are sick and trying to navigate help is truly vile. If only Dr. Garcia could be surrounded with a like minded staff, he truly is a kind and progressive doctor who genuinely cares. It is disheartening to know I may no longer be seeing him due to the lack of compassion and emotional awareness from staff, specifically Kelly.
