Unfortunately the negative reviews are true. Kelly who works front desk is extremely rude and rather entitled. Receiving a condescending tone when you are sick and trying to navigate help is truly vile. If only Dr. Garcia could be surrounded with a like minded staff, he truly is a kind and progressive doctor who genuinely cares. It is disheartening to know I may no longer be seeing him due to the lack of compassion and emotional awareness from staff, specifically Kelly. Highly recommend Dr. Garcia. I was told from my primary care doctor I had a thyroid issue - and after months of tests (and time, money, and energy spent) he couldnt diagnose the issue. I heard of Dr. Garcia through my personal trainer, and so glad I did! He diagnosed my auto immune disease after my first round of tests. He actually takes time to figure out what the issue is across all functions of your body through different tests and bloodwork, even down to the food you eat to solve the issue within.
