Ricardo is wonderful. I had a bad refrigerant leak, no AC when it started to get hot, and he came out right away and diagnosed the problem. He went above and beyond in helping me understand options. I really appreciate his honesty, how quickly he responded and how quickly he got my system working. Ricardo did a great job and is very reasonable. He is now my ‘go-to’ person for anything central air. Thank you for coming to save me from the heat!
I really hate to write this review, but we'll never know how his work is. Ricardo was referred by a neighbor, He stood me up for appointments at least 4 times, and being 30 late minutes for the first one. We had a firm appointment, yet another, this morning for 830am, At 920 he texted said he was at Home Depot getting parts and would be over. 90 minutes later I texted to ask ETA,. No response. We use Ricardo for our minisplit systems. He is knowledgeable, reliable, communicative, and he gets the job done. No drama vendor who is easy to work with. Highly recommend!
Ricardo did an excellent job repairing my old unit.
My upstairs unit topped working at night. I called Ricardo in the morning, he came out on the way to the supply store and replaced the capacitor. Ricardo is a great technician. Thank you for providing prompt service.
